You will find all the details about your accommodation in your participation registration package once it launches. While you are free to book your own accommodations, we recommend using the discounted rates we've arranged. Please note, transportation to the festival venues is only available from designated hotels. Please keep the following in mind: • Use your registered email to access and book your hotel. • Only one room can be booked per participant. • Each registered email can only be used once for booking. • Minor participants not traveling with parents are required to stay at one of the participant hotels • Chaperones must book hotels for the minor(s) that they are the official guardianship.
