Will check-in be through the main hotel reception or will there be a GE desk/volunteers at each hotel instead?
There will be a dedicated desk with GE representatives to assist you; however, the official check-in must be done through the hotel’s main reception to comply with Dubai's security laws, which require a photocopy of your passport.
